All checked into our hostel, and back at the train station now to plan our trip to France tomorrow. It’s an 8 hour time difference, so almost 2pm here is almost 6am at home, and we’re sure feeling it. Time for lunch, coffee and fresh air, and hopefully we’ll stay awake until a decent hour. More from Rouen, France tomorrow
It’s about 7pm your time now and I’m hoping you had a wonderful day! Paris in Spring!–I can only imagine how lovely! Hope you will have an eclair and a cafe au lait for me (or two or three!). How’s the jet lag today? I look forward to your news. It’s a strange mother’s day without you but it makes me smile knowing you guys are having a great time! xxoo
I remember being at this train station when I was your age..maybe one year younger…nothing much has changed……EXCEPT ME
Heh, we stuck to two train stations and the Metro in Paris, so not much in the way of romance there. I blew my charger yesterday so I haven’t been able to write up a big post about Rouen yet, but it’s amazing so far! We’re off to Caen in 6 hours or so, and I’ll be able to send a big update from a ‘Net Cafe later today. And hopefully get some pics up too
