We were able to split a taxi with 5 other Canadians to take us from Arras back up to Vimy this morning. We’ve been here for an hour or so now, with the ceremony scheduled to begin in about 90 mins. There are SO many people here!! The Memorial itself is closed off again, unfortunately, but the view of the naked towers in the sun more than makes up for it. I have a feeling it’s going to be a spectacular ceremony… Glad I brought kleenex
