1. I’ll actually get to come to this one. Two months of no satchel night can take a toll on someone. I’m looking forward to it.

2. Niagara will reign supreme, and of course you will all be my bitches in Survive.

   Now that I think about it, you all need to experience the joy of victory in this game. Therefore, I have decided I won’t play Survive just to make it possible for someone else to actually have a chance to win

3. I know what yer up to Al! Just going to become the master of another game and whoop all our asses! But Jen & I will be missing Satchel Night (sadness) because the Barrys will be here (joy!).

   We will play some games on Friday trying to prep the Satchel love of yoshirolla kilomantra.

   Yoshirolla is only going to keep creeping around until mid September, then he his going on his Kilomantra way.

4. I would do no such thing Dave, how dare you accuse me of that!

   In totally unrelated news, I played Niagara with my parents last night and discovered a few rule clarifications that didn’t come out in the previous playings.

   1) Stealing can only occur when you are moving up-river… but your move has to end at the spot you are stealing from.

   You can’t do a drive by, and you can’t steal at the start and then go.

   2) Canoes over the falls – we all know that you can keep playing with just one boat, or buy your lost boat back for the cost of one gem to resume playing with 2. If both boats go over I think we were going on the assumption that you got a boat back for free. This would be wrong.

   You only get a boat back for free if you are totally broke. If you have a gem, you have to pay to get back in the game.

   In case you were wondering, I won the first game by getting 4 white gems, and my mom and I won the second game. I finished the last round and had 7 gems, then mom made it home safe on her turn with a purple gem to complete her set of 4.

5. brello will be compromised, but will bring a substitute :p

   will try not to get too inebriated, least not till later on in the nite..

   is September mine to host? if so I’ll throw out the 22nd as a possible date as all other weekends seem to be booked

   not sure if we’ll make it calgary at all in september. probably not for games night. maybe not even for camping.
