#43 — after 61: #7 returns and a couple of significant milestones

Game #51 signified the All-Star break for the Preds, though for 3 of our team it wasn’t much of a break as we were chosen to participate in the All-Star weekend! Myself, Shea Weber, and Patric Hornqvist all represented Team Lidstrom for the game itself and I was pretty pleased to don my classic #7 again!

I was pretty honoured to center the top line between Daniel Sedin and Jarome Iginla.

After the break, it was time to get back to real business as we moved into the final 30(ish) games of the season.

Game 59: CAREER GOAL NUMBER 50!

Man, it felt awesome to get this goal! The 100 points was nice… but there is something about goals… to hit a mark like this was amazing! And it starts to make me wonder if I can catch Selanne’s amazing record of 76 goals in his rookie season. Wow, that would be cool.
